Modern American society is a disgrace from the standpoint of how most people treat the environment. All politics aside, the pervasive lack of cognizance across the spectrum concerning the prolifically damaging effects of environmental pollution is creating a world in which it’s no longer safe to live.
As part of a series entitled Killing grass instead of cutting it: America’s toxic laziness, the Real.Environmentalism channel at REAL.video explains how the biggest problem with American society today is many people’s unwillingness to put in the time and effort necessary to do things right instead of taking shortcuts.
“America has devolved into a society of stupid and lazy people who are also selfish,” the narrator explains.
“Who cares about the people of the future, the kids of today, who have to live in a polluted world full of glyphosate (the primary active ingredient in Roundup) in all the water and in all the food? All that really matters is that I don’t have to look at grass growing under my fence or around the base of the signs and pipes in my country, right? That’s more important than the cancer of the future,” he adds, in jest, pointing out the gross hypocrisy.
The narrator goes on to mock the many reactionary “awareness” campaigns for cancer, such as all the pinkwashed clothing, consumer products, and even fried chicken buckets that are hilariously marketed as a sound solution to the problem of cancer.
“Look at all the pink shirts, you know, that’s how you fight cancer, you buy pink shirts,” the narrator jokes.
“Or how about the people who work for the electric company can all have ‘pink day,’ where they dress up in pink to honor those who have cancer. That’s how you fight it. It sure has nothing to do with all the toxic waste that they pour all over the place at the side of the road all the time.”
As revealed by independent science that looked into the matter further, glyphosate is one of the worst cancer-causing chemicals there is – and it’s sprayed all over non-organic food, people’s yards, public parks, and roadside foliage, contaminating groundwater and the environment at large with a prolific cancer-causing poison.
“According to Dr. Seneff, glyphosate is possibly the most important factor in the development of multiple chronic diseases and conditions that have become prevalent in westernized societies, including, but not limited to, autism, allergies, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, obesity, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, multiple sclerosis, infertility, cardiovascular disease,” the narrator explains, chastising Americans for not doing more to stop this in the interest of leaving a clean world for future generations.
“Yeah, we might be living in the end times,” he says. “Jesus might come back soon, and he’s going to create a new world so it doesn’t matter, I understand that. But we don’t know exactly when he’s coming because Jesus said that these are the end times 2,000 years ago.”
“A lot of people are going to have to live in this world, and what kind of a world are you people leaving for the future generations when they don’t even have a chance to have a clean world?”
Glyphosate needs to be banned – we all know that! And we need to take action, as aggressive as necessary to make that happen. After all, our children’s lives depend on it.
“It’s morally wrong, and therefore a wicked practice, when you pour glyphosate on the ground and it gets into the soil, it gets back into the water, it gets into our well water, it’s documented that it’s in the rain, it’s killing the bees, it’s in everything now because it’s being used so much, and all completely unnecessarily,” the video concludes.
